In einem über vier Jahre währenden Rechtsstreit über die Kontrolle des polnischen Telekommunikationsunternehmens PTC standen sich die Deutsche Telekom und Vivendi gegenüber. Am 15. Dezember 2010 teilten beide Unternehmen mit, dass sie sich außergerichtlich über die Besitzverhältnisse an der PTC geeinigt haben.
Nach der vollständigen Übernahme der Marke Era durch die Deutsche Telekom, erfolgte am 5. Juni 2011 eine Umbenennung in die neue Marke T-Mobile Poland. Der Namens- und Markenänderung von Era auf T-Mobile ging ein einjähriger interner und externer Rebrandingprozess voran. Die Marke Era verschwindet somit ganz vom polnischen Mobilfunkmarkt und das neue Logo ist das international bekannte, magentafarbende, große T des Unternehmens.
