Romagny (deutsch Willern) ist eine Gemeinde im Département Haut-Rhin in Frankreich. Sie ist ein Mitglied der Communauté de communes de la porte d'Alsace. Das Dorf liegt nordöstlich von Magny und ist durch die Hauptstrasse D103 erschlossen. Die meisten Häuser sind entlang einer einzigen Nebenstrasse gebaut. Wichtige Erwerbszweige sind die Landwirtschaft und das Kleingewerbe.
