Der Buick Enclave ist ein Sport Utility Vehicle des amerikanischen Herstellers Buick. Er teilt sich seit dem Modelljahr 2008 die Lambda-Plattform von GM mit den Modellen GMC Acadia und Saturn Outlook. Grundlage für das Design des Enclave war 2003 die Studie Centieme, die erstmals auf der North American Auto Show präsentiert wurde. Im Modellangebot von Buick ersetzt der Enclave die SUV-Modelle Rendezvous und Rainier sowie die Großraumlimousine Terraza

Im Innenraum bietet der Buick Enclave auf drei Sitzreihen Platz für sieben Personen. Angetrieben wird das entweder mit Front- oder optional mit Allradantrieb ausgestattete Fahrzeug von einem 3,6-Liter-V6-Ottomotor mit 202 kW (275 PS), der an ein 6-Stufen-Automatikgetriebe gekoppelt ist.

Das Modell wird in Lansing (Michigan) gebaut.
