William Lamb, 2. Viscount Melbourne, Baron of Kilmore, Baron Melbourne of Melbourne (* 15. März 1779 in London; † 24. November 1848 in Brocket Hall, Hertfordshire) war britischer Innenminister (home secretary, 1830–1834), Premierminister (1834 und 1835–1841) und Mentor Königin Victorias. Nach ihm wurde die australische Metropole Melbourne benannt.

Seine Frau war die Novellistin Lady Caroline Lamb.
