Der Mini Scamp war ein britisches Kit Car, das ab 1969 von Robert Mandy in Reading (Berkshire) auf Basis des Mini gebaut wurde. 1974 zog der Hersteller nach Woking (Surrey) um. 1987 erfolgte ein weiterer Umzug nach East Grinstead (Sussex).
Die ersten Kits (Mark I) sahen dem Mini Moke sehr ähnlich[1]. Die Mechanik stammte vom Mini und die Karosserie bestand aus Stahlkastenrahmen mit aufgenieteten Aluminiumblechen. Auf Wunsch gab es auch einen Lieferwagen, einen Kombi oder einen Pickup und Fahrgestelle mit vier oder sechs Rädern.
Die Mark 2-Version von 1978 hatte rechteckigere Karosserien und stärkere Fahrgestelle. 1990 wurde der Wagen erneut zum Mark 3 überarbeitet.
